All in this document is owned by A Better Solution, Inc. Any person is hereby authorized to view, copy, print, and distribute this document subject to the following conditions:

All privacy clauses included in this document apply to data collected by A Better Solution, Inc. and any data collected by it's applications to included but not limited to: iApproveIt and iApproveCt (iApproveIt for ClearTrigger) as well as any web sites owned by A Better Solution associated with those applications.

SMS Data Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

We will not share your opt-in, Project or Campaign information or any mobile phone information with any third party/affiliates for any purpose not related to the direct delivery of the message you request. We will only share data to include SMS opt-in status and message content with the necessary platform providers, phone companies and vendors needed to assist us in the delivery of the your text.

SMS Data Terms

By Opting-in to SMS messages via one of the iApproveIt or iApproveCt applications you agree and consent to receive SMS messages to the mobile phone you verify within that application upon the execution of monitored actions according to the project(s) you join from within that application at the number provided and verified. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or product use. You may elect to receive email only by not providing your number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on the Project actions monitored.

You will not receive any message not associated with monitored actions in your project(s). You may :

• unsubscribe to SMS text for any project by leaving the project from within the application.
• unsubscribe to all SMS text by removing your number from your profile within the application.
• limit the days or times that you receive SMS messages by modifying your Profile in the application.
